The G.I.V.E. Project “Community Program”

The G.I.V.E Project (Giving Inspiration Via Education) is 1 of 2 core charity projects that the One World Literacy Foundation has developed to help eliminate childhood, disabled and adult illiteracy by providing core curriculum aligned reading tools to parenting and adult communities in need across the globe.

The G.I.V.E Project is a charitable program that the One World Literacy Foundation has developed to work directly with parents, disabled and adults who are need of good quality learning tools, OWL works directly with parents, guardians, friends looking to help, public library's and small businesses to give them free access to the much needed learning tools including literacy activities to help their loved ones learn to read. This project is one of the most comprehensive literacy programs available to help prevent children from being disadvantaged as adults because of an inability to read. 

The G.I.V.E Project will provide communities with core curriculum aligned reading tools covering grades Pre-K through 3rd grade reading curriculum. Within this project the One World Literacy Foundation provides fun & interactive web based reading software that is research based, follows the NCLB (No Child Left Behind) Act and offers leading progress reports to ensure learners can monitor the progress of each student.

The G.I.V.E. Project provides fun literacy activities that are both fun and effective so that children can enjoy learning. It incorporates the various components that will improve skills in all areas, including those that are causing difficulty for each individual student.

The G.I.V.E. Project surpasses other literacy programs by meeting the requirements of No Child Left Behind Act while also being research based in order to meet the obligations that it has set forth to accomplish. In addition to providing an all-encompassing and fun learning approach for students, it also provides progress reports that allow for monitoring of individual student progress.
